I have applied the date of 9 December 2014 for the nomination from Nova Scotia and still have not received the file number.
Can you share with us your timeline to help each other.

i have applied on oct 30th...and i have also not received my file number and i also a know a person who has applied on sept 25 and he also did not receive his file number.....when i went to office to find about my file status they said it will take another 6 weeks....

Thats interesting coz pnp in express entry are getting file numbers in 20 days

The regular process for nomination is three to six months.
Today I consulted my lawyer who said that after three months I can get the file number.
