I'm interested in moving to canada with my girlfriend (we're both 28).
I'm a sound engineer, 7 years of working experience.
what are the options that i have?
Couldn't really understand everything regarding the skilled worker program. my job is skill level b, does it mean
i need to have a job offer from canada in order to apply for immigration?
I found the points test on some website, and I have 72 points.
My girlfriend also speaks french.

Would appreciate any sort of advice.
Thanks.

From your description, you probably will need to get a job offer. Is your gf in a common-law relationship with you? If not, she would not qualify as a dependent. You could try a PNP application as an alternative to an FSW one.

Yeah, we'll have to get married before starting the process.
Are the rules to PNP based immigration differ much?
Thanks

You or your girlfriend could also assess your eligibility for Quebec skilled worker. I think they still don't require a job offer. If one of you qualifies and you have been living together for 12 months or longer, you can apply together. Otherwise you can apply together if you get married. See http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/epi.html for Quebec eligibility.

PNP depends on each province but for almost all of them you need a job offer if you are outside Canada. There are also PNP immigration classes in some PNP's for business class and other classes.
