Hi everyone,

I have a piece of job experience that I am not sure if it fulfills the requirements. Shall I still include it and explain to CIC? Will they reject my application or will they reduce my score? How can I varify? Please share information.

The situation is like this. I worked for a school full time and at the same time do some part time work for a small business owner. Then I quit the school job and joined the company immediately. It is a very small company generates about $400,000 revenue per year. It is definitely a full time job as I worked regularly for 37.5 hours per week. However, the first few months I was paid the same way as before which is like a consulting fee. Then I realize it is very bad for my immigration status and negotiated to my employer to change it. It was changed on March this year.

Shall I ask my employer to change the payroll for previous year as well? Will it be bad if I include the previous few months as well and make a clear explanation if I receive the ITA? If I included it and submitted documents after I receive ITA, is it going to be a huge problem for me?
