NOT REGISTERED IN SEMESTER

HI,

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT. I WANT TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE IMPLICATION OF NOT REGISTERING IN A SEMESTER ON MY STUDY PERMIT ? AND HOW IT AFFECT MY SPOUSE TOO IF AT ALL ?

you will need to explain as to why you failed to register for studies in time and obviously your study permit will expire before your course finishes and then you'll have to explain the same at the time of study permit extension. It will also affecct your spouse's case as I really doubt CHC will let your spouse into Canada if you're not registered and studying (which is primarily you're there for !!!). I'd suggest you to hire a good immigratio lawyer when you file your spouse's application.

bro if you were facing financial problems you should have down-graded to some rather economical academic institution but i tell you leaving the semester was a BAD IDEA ! Consult with an immigration lawyer before its too late and start your studies asap before you're in it too deep !

your study permit wont be renewed if you loose your full time student status and dont show reasonable performance
