Not meeting RO,do I need TD?

Dear friends,
Kindly give ur expert advise?
I landed in July 2011 n then in July 2012 and haven't met RO, now do I and my family members need TD to travel back to canada.?with our pr cards we will be denied entry at airport?
And will I not be issued Trp for my child born in India ! If i do not meet RO?

1. Holders of a valid PR card do not need a PRTD.

2. Your luck on the day of re-entry into Canada decides if (i) CBSA dig into your absences and (ii) if they decide to report you RO breach or let you slide by...playing the RO roulette can be a win or lose situation!
