hello,

I have applied for Study Permit in March 2020 (During Covid). At that time, I was studying Masters in India which I have not mentioned in Study Permit. After 1 Year, in 2021 I got my Study Permit approved and my master were finished as well, and I came to canada and studied PGDM. Now for my PR, Can I claim points for Masters as I have not mentioned in Study permit as it was not finished. Will this have any issue in application.

Hello, I m in the same situation and would like to hear how this matter was concluded? I would be grateful for your response.

Not all cases would be treated this way, if you deliberately hid it, that's misrepresentation and it would be upto an officer to decide. It isn't the same output for all.

What may have been possible in 2024 is no longer overlooked. If you weren’t honest about your eduction history yes it could be a big issue. For example you may not have received a study permit if IRCC was aware you had a masters degree. Consult a lawyer.
