I am in the process of applying (with my wife), my issue is as follows. I have a paternal uncle in Canada who is a citizen and currently lives there, but has changed his name and the names of my cousins, making proof very difficult and tedious to produce (I would need my fathers birth certificate I think, which I do not have). I can easily make 67 points in FSWP without claiming him between my wife and I.
My question is, In my previous visa application I added him as a relative and gave details. if i don't claim my uncle for FSWP or EE, would this be brought up post-ITA? Or be a cause for concern? Or should I still claim in order to be as accurate as possible, even though it wont assist my application?
Would like similar recent stories as the ones i have seen are a bit dated. Thanks.
