"Not available"-what does it mean?

What does "not available"?... is there some kind of problem with my application?...

Does anybody know?

Means they havn't created a file for you yet. Once the file is created it will be changed to "in process"

Or it means that your IO has just not updated eCas. I have received my PPR without my eCas ever being updated, it still says 'Not available'.

What does IO mean?... I am not very familiar with these terms.
