Not able to locate applicant UCI to do medical test

Hi guys
my husband got medical request in Sep 08 and he had an appointment today to do his medical test. The weird think after he got an appointment from IOM baghdad , took pic, submitted his medical form, he was told they are not able to find his name in the system please guide me if you have any idea. I sent an email to Amman VO and as you know it takes time to get their response

When we got the medical request, I tried to book it the same and next day, but it wasn't showing up in the doctor's system. It took several days to show up so we could schedule an appointment. Maybe try in a day or two?

In Canada, so even their own system had a delay.
