I would need to apply for a visa (for a transit by plane) for a trip on Aug 24, but I am not able to finalize my request for the following reason.
I have to declare whether or not I visited Canada before and I have to provide the Unique Client Identifier (UCI) of the previous ETA. I had already been to Canada in 2017 but I am not able to get UCI of the previous application. The reason is that the email I received from the Immigration office last time was on a webmail server that I am no longer able to access. At that time I only printed the email but I cannot find even the printed form anywhere. I have only a pdf of the receipt of the payment to demonstrate what I am stating. What shall I do?
