not abble to process gic account

dear sir /mam
i have already paid my tution fees to humber college toronto .now since last one month i have beeen apllying for my gic account but scotia bank is asking for letter of acceptance from college they are not accepting the offer letter .now the problem is that humber college does not issue any such letter after paying the tution fees .can any one suggest what to do bcouse i have very few days days to apply for my student permit .please reply as soon as possible .

You need an offer letter to apply for GIC account. You better ask your college reps to make one or get your money back and apply somewhere else and why would pay your tution fees before GIC. This is just crazy.

i have the offer letter from college and it is official but is not accepting it .they want acceptance letter m really cunfused college registrar is sayin there is no such letter but bank officers are not accepting offer letter .what to do now
