Normal timeframes...

Can anyone tell me what the "normal" timeline is for sponsor approval, they started working on my file April 26 and its still in process....from anything I have read its normally only a day maybe 2?????


Starting to freak out cuz its been 3 days.... :'(

Take a look to this link, I don't think that is right, about 2 or 3 days to be approved, but take a look to this link it might help....

The actual review and approval of the sponsor takes 1-2 days normally. However, applications are processed based on when they are received and currently they are processing applications 44 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT at CPC-M. So, count 44 days from Apr 26, and start checking eCAS around that time.

No. Her app was filed on March 22. She said her file was opened on April 26 by Mississauga. It's still only been about 38 days, though.

Whoops, haha. Did NOT read that properly or look at her timeline, my bad. Sometimes, there can be a delay...we're still waiting for sponsor approval and our file has been "in process" since Mar 17. But you're still under the 44 days, StumpedMom, so you might be updated to Decision Made in a few days.

Well I broke down and called the Call Centre....me and my stupid worrying....I WAS APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
