Hello all,

I gave my biometric when I applied for student visa, which is 2 years ago. Do I need to give out my biometric again?Will they request one again?

No, you don’t.
Biometrics and fingerprin is valid for 10 years.
So you don’t need to do one, unless they asked you to, but it’s usually valid for 10 years.
You don’t have the confirmation from last time, you will see after fee days that they automatically added you biometrics information to your profile.

Me and my husband had biometric scans last year but IRCC still requesting us to pay biometric fees. Does this mean they will give an instruction letter to do it again?
