Non ssp Visa Processing Time ?

I applied on 22nd june under general category..... still no response....... file processing at delhi vfs

processing time is of 3 weeks.....might you will get some news this week.....

What was the reason to get rejected under SPP ?
And also pls tell how long it had taken to know about the rejection status when you applied for the first time .
I have applied on June 15th under SPP in Bangalore VFS. The only update I got is that my application has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office , New Delhi.
