Any reporting done on what is normal timeline for a non-routine application? Where they have to do additional calculations for travel in and out of the country quite frequently. I had years up until covid I crossed the border 40 times a year for work. So you can see where keeping those kinds of records is very complicated and I find the CBSA and US Border records are not always completely accurate in their reporting.
