Hi, my plans are to sponsor my vietnamese girlfriend after our year together has passed (common-law). By the time everything is processed, she should arrive in Québec when her daughter is about 7 or 8 years old (she's 5 now).
I read a little bit about the integration of new children, especially about the classes d'accueil but I read that the parents of many children there don't speak any official language and they come from very difficult backgrounds. My gf's daughter is not in the same situation.
So, I wanna ask, what is the "normal" way for a Canadian citizen to integrate a sponsored children that doesn't speak any official language? We want her to learn french first, but we couldn't find any french school here in Ho Chi Minh City.
Thanks
