Non-dependant and non-applicant family member convicted

Hi,

PLease help me in this situation!!!

My husband is the main applicant and im his only dependant.FSW is applied only for both of our entry.We are in the awaiting 2nd line status step.

My brothers elder brother got convicted in India for breach of trust from his employer and the case is in court.
My husband is trying to help him but is not involved.

In this case, will there be any issues for us during background verification or during any other part?? Please help!
We lost everything we have here due to my BIL and canada is our only HOPE!
