Ok, I was reading through the instructions and I'm trying to get straight what information to include for my 4 and 6 year old who are not accompanying me to Canada. I know they each need medical exams. I also see I need copies of their passports. What else? Do I need copies of their birth certificates too? Just 4 pictures? Am I understanding that they need 8 pics each total? Four for the medical and four to send in? The instructions are a bit confusing and I want to make sure I do it all right. Thanks! Oh, I also need to send in a copy of the custody agreement too, right?

i'm pretty sure only 2 pictures are needed for the medical exam. you will want to call the panel doctor you plan to do the exam at to confirm how many pictures are required, if at all. some doctors take the picture there.

how many pictures are sent with the application is different per country, so you will want to refer to your country specific guide.

Yes, you will need copies of their birth certificates and 4 photos to send with the app. Because the children are not coming to Canada, I don't believe there is any need to send the custody agreement but it won't do any harm to include it if you want.
