Nomination Obligation

A question for a friend guys ;
If someone is nominated from any province then he landed there, went back to his home country, tried to apply online for six months for a job in this province and nothing found.
If he renters to another province, is his PR at risk?

hmmm... that is tricky. I would look like he never tried to live in the province that nominated him. He can claim that he looked for jobs online but that is weak. I guess if he actually returned for in person interviews, that would look help a lot. If he never steps foot in the province again after landing, then it doesn't look so good.

Even with that said, his PR is *probably* OK. IRCC would need some "smoking gun" to be able to revoke his PR.
