I applied for Express Entry with my husband who is a Civil engineer. We are interested to come to Alberta. I am an Architect with 7 years of experience in this major. I choose NOC 2251 in my profile. My CRS score is 367 and was submitted on 17 April 2019. Our application number is E001211707. Based on Alberta Express Entry Stream assessment criteria having a sibling who lives in Alberta increase likelihood of being nominated. My sister is a Canadian citizen who lives in Alberta. I've found that Alberta recently has sent NOI letter to candidate with minimum score of 301, but not to us. I would be very thankful if you could tell me why we do not receive the NOI.
