Hi friends,
have you heard any case nominated by SK and landed in another province was sued by government??

Is it possible to land every where in Canada instead of nomination province?
I heard it may effect application for citizenship.. is it right?

I guess you need to land in the designated province, but once landed you are free to work and live anywhere.

thanks for answer.
what about pr card address??
is it necessary to provide an address from inside nominated province?

When you get the PR status, you can live anywhere - even if you were nominated by the province.

It does leave a bitter taste because you basically used the province just to get to Canada. They are nominating people with the intention that the nominated person contribute to the province's economy. (If you had intentions of living in a specific province, then why did you apply at a different province?) In some provinces like New Brunswick, they specifically stated in the info session that they expect their nominated immigrants to commit to live and work in NB. They won't sue you, but that gives provinces more reasons to tighten their requirements because applicants are taking advantage of their PNP - that will ultimately affect applicants who aspire to get PNP in the future.

Better to stay in the nominated province.
