NOI from ONTARIO help

I got an NOI from ON on 30th November, I have some questions about the e-portal form filling if anyone help

I am not living in Canada right now

1) I have no ties in Canada, I can manage to contact some friends over there but it will still be hard, so what should I write in the INTENTION TO RESIDE IN ONTARIO part?

2) in the IMMIGRATION INFO part, there is a question that says "Do you have legal immigration status in Canada? '' what should I answer as overseas?

3) what are the chances of getting selected without any ties to the province?

1. Say yes, and where you plan to settle.
2. No.
3. Good if you meet requirements. You have NOI through I assume EE-Human Capital so most people don’t live or work in the province.
