Hi
I am from Pakistan, a college instructor. Applied in Dec. 2009, 1st AOR 5 March 2010, Docs sent 1 April 2010, file transferred to London 27 July 2010

Nothing since then.

All NOC 4131 please join here with your timeline.

Has anyone got medical request in 2011 from this NOC?

Thanks

Hello

I am a C-50 Bill prejune applicant in 4131 from Pakistan. I am a Chemical Engineer and got a 4 years B.Engineering degree from University of Punjab in 2001.

I have been a lecturer of Science, and Engineering Mathematics in the College from September 2002 until September 2009.
Now I am in Finland, a full time student doing a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering Management. So, no work exp. since 2009.

Anyway, I have just seen that in Alberta Provincial Nomination, if you are an Engineer, and Chemical Engineer is listed there as 2134, then you can apply for the program without a job offer. The question is, do I qualify? I am more of an academic Engineer and not an Industrial Engineer and my experience is to teach Scientists and Engineers. Now, am I eligible to apply in my case?

Serious help required from seniors.

If so, what is the processing time please?

Am I eligible to have my qualifications assessed from "Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA)" and will this benefit my application at all?

Regards

Dear Khan,

I have also applied on December, 2009 in NOC 4131, sent full docs to VO in South Korea on 10 June, 2010. Although they told that if I cant hear anything till 25 December, 2010 but when I sent them message, they told that my file is still on pending. My current e-CAS shows 'in process' but the inside details are same as RBVO. It's being almost 18 months after I submitted full docs to the VO. They are just increasing their processing time to finalize the case. Frustrated this painful waiting. What does your e-CAS status shows?
God bless to all of us.....

Already did. Sending inquiries does not reduce your processing time. Never received any response to my several inquiries, not even that "2 years or more" response.

Hello

My ecas is in process with RBVO details, no processing date is advised, so this is the fake "in process" status. I have hired the legal services of Tim Leahy who you all must know is suing the CIC for foul play, breach of promises and breach of trust of all those applicants who applied in good faith and trust.By accepting our applications, our fees and issuing us all a letter that our cases took 12 months, they effectively entered a binding service agreement(In simple terms, the good old law of contract), and quite clearly, they have broken their agreement by not providing the service within their own promised time limits. We did not force them or entice them to promise processing of our files in 12 months. They promised this in accordance with their own guidelines.

It is yet unclear what is the processing times for Pakistani applicants processed in London. 23 months which is for London CHC or 27 months which is for Islamabad CHC.

The time starts from the date of your 2nd AOR letter in which they say that "you should contact us if you don't hear from us after 8 months". Since, your 2nd AOR is 25 Dec. 2010, you should expect to receive a medical request after 17 months which is the time for Manila provided they don't increase it during processing.

As for me and for all Pakistani applicants whose files were transferred to London in April 2010, have a common file transfer date of 27 July 2010. So, our time calculation to receive a Medical request, not PPR, should be 23 months from that date, ie 27 July 2010. So, effectively, it should be 27 June 2012.

Seniors and other members, please correct me if I am wrong.

Best of Luck
Khan

I Think NDVO is going to ask for file update very soon for those whose ECAS address has been disappeared since 13th Dec 2011. Singapore VO has asked file updates to many Pre June Applicants. Now , I think its our turn.
I JUST HAVE A QUERY 6 MONTHS BANK BALANCE IS ASKED IN FILE UPDATE .IT IS NOT FEASIBLE FOR MANY APPLICANTS TO SHOW CAD 13800 (approx.) FOR 6 MONTHS BECAUSE MANY OF US CAN NOT FREEZE OUR MONEY IN BANK WAITING FOR VO'S REPLY. WHAT IF WE SHOW THE BALANCE OF SIX MONTHS BUT REQUIRED AMOUNT (CAD 13800 , approx.) ONLY FOR 45/60 DAYS AS WE GET FILE UPDATE LETTER ? WILL IT BE OK ?

Hi Mkmishra, we have similar timelines and same NOC, My E-cas has an issue it gives me error when I enter my details. Whats the status of your case on E-Cas?

Hey brother, khan200us

How sure r u about ur calculation of the 23 months. I ask as i received my 2nd AoR in July '11. And According to ur formula it would mean that for me processing would complete some where mid 2013 :(

Is this true?

Plz tell me how or where you came across this formula for calculating the 23 month proc. time???

My nocs 4131 too. Sent full docs in Jan '11
