if someone with same noc can share his/her experience in Canada.

Hi everyone,

i recently got immigration under noc4011/4121.Before landing i have few questions,
I have Phd in engineering from US

1) do i need to acquire Peng. before i can work as faculty member at any university.
2) if yes, then i heard that PEO is a bit biased against US degrees so which association would be best to apply for Peng.???
