Hi! I've got some issues with NOC lists and cannot find the exact matches between NOC list and my potencial job description. Help me, please.. Job title is "Customer service specialist". The main duties is:
Participation in company projects: systems administration, electronic surveys launching and testing, coordination of processes with clients and colleagues, effective communication

• Taking part in data collection and analysis for annual salary survey: preparing data collection tools, Verifying reward data received from clients and communication with them on corrections/questions. (from April to September there is usually massive global data collection and the busiest days)

• Consulting clients on the technical use of company’s platforms and products, help-desk function

• Helping Senior colleagues in analyzing and writing reports

• Translations (reports, reviews, conclusions on reports), preparing presentations, documents proof reading

• Preparation of instructions for company’s platforms and products

• Other project and administrative work, assistance to the department team: analysts, senior analysts, consultants.


Seems like this job have to be in B or C list....
