THEY´VE BEEN WORKING ON COMPLETENESS FIRST, TRYING TO FILL ALL HOT NOC´S TO RELIEVE THEM OF AMOUNT OF APPS., PROBABLY DO NOT EXPECT ANY UPDATE MAYBE UNTIL NOVEMBER 15TH ...

IT SAYS UNTIL APRIL30TH UNLESS MINISTERIAL AMMENDMENT, HOWEVER, SCENARIOS WILL CHANGE NEXT MONTH.

To be honest with you, i am not sure how it will be but I assume cic will close the program in December. This is what i think. If you apply by the end of december you will be part of it. The program will be closed but they wil be still reviewing the applications by April. So July applicants got their PER in November. Therefore, august applicants in December, September in January, October in February, November in march and December in April. That is what i think there is nothing official.

Which noc are you applying for?

Thanks for you reply!! I am also hoping the same way

I am applying in NOC 2232 (20seats showing till now)

btw which NOC you have applied??

Hi there, just wanted to say that I am applying this more for NOC 2171. I have IELT test in 2 weeks time, then I will submit at end of November. It doesn't say anywhere that it is too late to apply. Neither are many of the NOC's capped yet, including the one I am applying under (348 applications received)

Oh ok.

Apparently, my immigration lawyer said that my degree certificate must be sent to WES for evaluation? Do you know anything about this?

Yes - of course your degree needs to be evaluated (by WES or one of the other approved companies). This is a basic requirement of applying and it will take time to get the results back. If your immigration lawyer didn't tell you this right away, you might want to fire him and find a more capable lawyer.

Dear Scylla,

Can you plz help me to understand the procedure?
1) What is PER stands for (as PER no comes approx after 3.5months the backgrounds checks/verification VO will do after that or within this timeframe?)
2) with PER no CC or DD will charge at the sme time?
3) Do we need to show the Pan card/ITR if we applying from India?

looking forward to your reply!!
