I have joined a firm called 4Refuel as inside sales. We provide services like fuel management online an application to track fuel usage on top of delivering fuel to businesses. These are my roles and responsibilities..

Meet and exceed daily and monthly activity targets including outbound dials, connections and appointment bookings
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual quota for Gross Margin on New Business
• Proactively generate leads through various techniques, includes telephone cold calling, email, social media and mail distribution.
• Provide prompt telephone/email follow up to leads from all sources and properly document and track results
• Utilizing variety of industry specific databases, search for potential prospects that meet 4Refuel ideal prospect profile, qualify and set Fuel Consultant appointments for A/B prospects
• Build and maintain a knowledge base to become an expert on 4Refuel capabilities and services. Study our value proposition as part of your sales presentation
• Utilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage lead generation in assigned territory
• Participates in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and service offering knowledge. Participate in ongoing improvements to call scripting and objection handling..

If the VO cannot clearly justify using the skilled vs the unskilled NOC, they will usually not accept the skilled NOC. So you need to study these two, the minute differences, and make sure your job description fits NOC 6221 (pay attention to the lead statements of the two NOCs).
