Position Description:
This role reports directly to the S&D Financial Analyst and can be performed remotely. This role is responsible for the
management of our supply chain compliance claims accounts to ensure that we are investigating, challenging, and
approving deductions in a timely fashion. This role will work cross-functionally within the Supply Chain and Customer
Finance teams in securing repayments and processing claims in order to keep our accounts current.

This role is responsible for:
- Track, report and communicate the status of claims with Supply Chain & Finance.
- Provide support in accelerating processing of claims.
- Gathering and organizing data to generate reports indicating KPI’s
- Process documentation and refinement
- Diploma in finance/accounting/business management or equivalent work experience
- Strong competency in information management and ability to learn systems quickly
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a key requirement
- Strong problem solving, planning, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong relationship building, communication and collaboration skills
