I have a question about how to fill the NOC started date. It is suggested on the website it should be the time when finishing the education.
But in our career, we sometimes changed job functions. In my case, I put NOC 2173 and 2172 since I have both experiences and I apply under 2172 since it is the existing function.
Don't know if people here could share some advice?
