I worked in private sector for 3 years and currently working in PSU/ Nationalized bank from last six months. Now i want to move to Canada for higher studies, hence not interested in continuing my bank job.
1. If I put up my visa file with current work experience i.e. show my current job in psu bank, do i have to produce Noc from my bank and show it to immigration office for visa purpose? Because i am sure my bank will not give NOC, as i have not completed my 2 year (probation time).
2. Is there is a way i can put up my file with genuine credentials (related to work experience in psu bank) and not have to provide for any NOC to immigration office?
