NOC of a job offer must equal to my major?

My CRS is 420 and looking to getting 50 additional points with a job offer that the agency I hired hooked up for me. Problem is that the job title has nothing to do with my primary NOC. To be precise, I'm a veterinarian and I've got an offer for a plumbing apprentice. Will that be admitted by officials? Please reply with any experiences! Thanks

Are you getting an LMIA with that job offer?
