Hi All,

I have shown my 3 employment record.

1. First Employment : Relieving Letter and Pay Stubs attached. I did not received NOC letter, followed up with them for 3 months. Of no use.
2. Second employment: Relieving Letter + NOC+Pay stubs. This was perfect
3. Third employment: Employment letter + Pay stubs. I did not received NOC letter, followed up with them while and now finally there is a ray of hope of getting.

I have not attached and LOE for employment 1 and 2. Now I am planning to use IRCC web form and attach NOC from job 3 and explanation for not getting NOC from Job 1.
I am planning to this upfront without waiting for Visa officer to contact me.
Just need advise if I am doing it right or there is still some issue with my plan of action
 
If you did not include duties/responsibilities for your first employment then such work experience won't be counted. If without those points you get below the cutoff of the draw for which you were invited or it makes you ineligible for the program you applied for then your application will get rejected.

If such is the case above I wouldn't bother raising a CSE to submit the duties/responsibilities for the third employment. If not, then go ahead and do so.
