Noc issue

Hi everyone,
I am about applying for PR under CEC but confused over my NOC. I work as a lab test support and my duties include:
Providing support for remote user over the phone and email.
Configuring and troubleshooting lab test equipment mostly routers and switches
Fixing network issues
Keeping the inventory of network equipments.

I will appreciate if seniors could help me out.
