NOC is 0 or A or B

What if any one falls under NOC category 0 A, and B?? is there any disadvantage if I select NOC falls under category 0??

Thax alot...i also want know if principle applicant had several experience like 1 year as treasury officer and 3 years planning officer so all 4 years would be counting as experience for EE ?? or any applicant should have experience in one valid NOC would be considering??? Does spouse Noc based experience worth for points gaining or it doesnt matter??
