Hello Everyone,

I need assistance to find the right NOC code for a job i took between Jan 2014 and August 2016

I was employed by Scicom BHD a Malaysian BPO company as : Customer Support Excutive (Arabic, French, English) to service an MLM company, my job title is Customer service representative ( i guess because of VISA requirements). My Job description was a merge between:

customer service duties: answer calls, reply emails and chats, track shipments and deliveries
compliance: perform KYC and personal information change


which NOC code should i put please? Kindly advise
