NOC for Senior Software QA Engineer

I am a Senior Software QA engineer. Job Responsibilities include the following:
• Analysing requirement documents and technical specifications to understand about the product requirements
• Preparation of QA Strategy and Costing estimate
• Creation of Test Requirements, Test Plan, Test Case Design, Test case execution in HP Quality Center/JIRA-XRay
• Functional , GUI, Usability, Acceptance Testingof the software products
• Regression testing to ensure that the existing functionalities don’t get affected by the new features
• Maintenance Testing(Hotfix Validation)
• Bug Tracking(Reporting the issues & Bug Closing) through Atlassian JIRA

• Supervise and mentor new QA Engineers
• Weekly status reporting to Project Manager

What should I put as my NOC? I'm confused between 2173 and 2283. 2173 does include software testing but 2283 has similar job responsibilities to my profile.
