Overseeing Production and Implementing 55
Scrap Management and Inventory Control
Requisition of Materials and Supplies.
Production Documentation
Process Experience and Documentation
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Principles
Work Measurement Studies

I am a bit confused abut which NOC should I choose. please help. any insight is appreciated

What NOCs do you think. No one is going to do the research for you. You need to select the NOC based on you checking the database. The items listed are not really job responsibilities anyways.
