I worked as a University lecturer in India for 2 years. The title of the position was 'Tutor' instead of lecturer. They would provide me an experience letter with the details of my job responsibilities which were that of a lecturer. The problem is the reference letter will be titled as a tutor describing job responsibilities of a University lecturer. CIC defines a tutor as a postsecondary teacher which is a high school teacher. The noc for a tutor is 4012 where as noc of a University lecturer is 4011. I'm really confused. Should I refer my this 2-year experience as to noc 4011 or 4012?
