Hi

My position title which I have in my work contract is ELECTRICAL Engineer (As NOC 2133 - Electrical and electronics engineers), but my job duties are more similar to "NOC 2241 - Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians". My question is how should I determine my NOC?

Thanks

Stick with a NOC that has duties that are much closer to what you are doing, and what your employer will be providing you.
