Hey there,

I have a 3 years of experience as Ethics and Compliance Manager in a multinational. I am confused about which NOC Code to choose?
The job role is basically compliance of Ethical Code of Conduct for employees and Business partners, alongside investigations and Risk assessment. Training and communication is also a major part of my role.

So, it could fit in 1122 - Professional occupations in business management consulting

OR 0112 - Human Resource Managers

I am more inclined towards 0124, since my role is part of the HR function but remotely connected as we are not performing any core HR operation, also, the JD only matches 30% with 0124.
so please help me out here as i have already made my profile ineligible once when trying to modify my NOC codes :( :( :(

You match your job responsibilities not titles to the NOC. What do you mean your profile is ineligible with modifying NOC codes? Did you have an eligible profile at all?

what I want to ask is, is there any NOC code that matches with the responsibilities I just mentioned above? otherwise I'll put 0112

And yes it was an eligible profile before, but when I tried changing / modifying my NOC code, the profile became ineligible suddenly.

Match should be around 70%. I don’t know your full list job responsibilities (not going to check for you) but if only are “partially” matching then you should look at other NOCs.

What NOC did you start with? What is your full profile? It may be how you have your jobs listed as you need one year continuous skilled work experience in ONE NOC.

Employee Relevant - 1) Upholding a culture of Ethics and Compliance in the organization and making sure that employees abide by the company Code of Conduct. 2) Aiding in the investigations that come as a result of breaching the code of conduct. 3) Employee trainings and counselling sessions.

This part of the job is relevant to the HR domain and its function, so I chose 0112

However, the other part is relevant to:
Business Partners - 1) Due Diligence of potential Business partners to highlight any corruption risks 2) Anticorruption Risk Assessment of major functions
3) Custodian of the Governance work program of the organization.

This is more of a auditor role which can come either under 1122 or any other NOC.

I need guidance of which NOC to choose out of the above? or is there any other that clubs these two roles?

Also, the other 2 jobs are not relevant to this role and their NOCs have already been sorted. I do have 2 years of continuous experience in each of the 2 jobs.

0114 is a general NOC. For your employee relevant points, 1 & 2 are not necessarily HR. For many groups, all department managers oversee in some way the Code of Conduct.
 
Okay thank you! so I can use 0114 as it pretty much covers maximum job responsibilities!
Also, about the risk assessment and anti-corruption governance? Can 0114 also work for it?
