As a Data Analyst, you will execute a series of tasks through several applications, in order to help ensure thatour Capital Markets clients who are actively trading a variety of financial instruments, have the correctmandatory data on file, to fulfill our regulatory reporting requirements. You’ll support your teammates inexecuting more complex processes, as well as ad hoc clean up jobs, all to support our client satisfaction anddata governance objectives.
Responsibilities include:
• Execute a range of lightly to moderately complex processes to ensure client data accuracy andcompleteness in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze product-specific data, verify information across multiple platforms, and update systems incompliance with due diligence and governance practices.
• Review client data to assess accuracy and determine the appropriate course of action for capturing andmaintaining complete client profiles.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients,including managing exceptions and determining appropriate resolutions or escalations.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new processes, contribute to team knowledge-sharing, andremain flexible in supporting a variety of daily operational tasks.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and managingmultiple responsibilities.
• Work independently when required, displaying analytical thinking to understand complex issues andevaluate appropriate solutions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, while leveraging Microsoft Officetools to support daily operations.
• Apply working knowledge of Capital Markets products and data related to Investment and AssetManagers, as well as Funds.
• Conduct thorough data research and investigations, using a resourceful and detail-oriented approach tosupport accurate decision-making.
