NOC code for mainframe developer

I have 8+ years of work experience as IT professional in mainframe technology. What should be my NOC 2173 or 2174. I heard 2173 is regulated profession. But 2174( computer programmer and interactive media developer) seems more like web designer which I am not.
Anybody has any idea ??
