I have just over 2 years of work experience in a Façade contracting company. The company is a sub-contractor to the main contractor. For the first year, I worked as a trainee project management executive, and then was promoted to being a project executive. Essentially, the job role and duties were mainly in line of a project manager.
The main roles and responsibilities included
- planning, scheduling, tracking progress
- manpower allocation
- material order/delivery/logistics to the site
- procurement and negotiating contract
- liasing with main contractor and consultants
-site management
- design coordination between site and design office
- analysing, monitoring and controlling all reports (site progress, factory output, procurement schedule)
- developing and stregthening project management tools and techniques
First year was more about learning the trade and reporting to seniors. Second year is a combination of reporting+managing.
In this scenario, I’m perplexed regarding the noc code (0711, 7205, 1221).
Education:
Undergrad : commerce
Masters : construction project management
Could anyone advise, please?
