NOC code for Customer Service Specialist in technical wholesale

Hi All,

I'm a bit panicked and need some help. I have been working as a Customer Service Specialist in a technical wholesale distribution company (Univar Solutions in Canada) for the past year and a half. They distribute chemicals, pharmaceuticals and bulk solvent to businesses. I was looking up NOC codes, but the only codes they have under CSR seem to be for retail and finance, which are all grade C and I can't use towards my PR.

Does anyone have any recommendations who may have done this before? The duties do overlap with the grade C Customer Service NOC codes, but it also involves so much more thank what is under these codes.

• Receive and process customer chemical orders for a set portfolio of businesses in the Oil &Gas and Automotive industries,
• Develop solutions to customer needs/opportunities over the phone and via email
• Schedule customer deliveries, and keep customers up to date with their order status.
• Organise direct bulk (from supplier) and warehouse bulk shipments of solvents to customer towers via tank trucks
• Build and sustain long-term customer partnerships, working with Sales Pod to supply customers with new material
• Display effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborate effectively with team members in Sales, Purchasing, Credit and Operations
• Resolve problems and non-conformances quickly, enter customer debit and credits, provide customers with BOLs, PODs and Invoices

The only code i could see is 6221 for Technical Sales Specialist in technical wholesale, but the job duties are more under sales?

Has anyone any similar experience?

I want to apply for my PR as well under express entry. I am a masters graduate from the University of Windsor and was interested in knowing the NOC code for the customer service specialist role at Univar
