Re: NOC Code for my job

Excuse my ignorance but what is a Master Agreement is it a contract ? So you are a contract preparation analyst ?

Also you say degree or diploma preferred does this mean you have neither ? Your qualifications post reads as though it is a job vacancy and not the qualifications or skills that you possess which are just as important as the job role description

Hi thanks for your reply! Sorry for the confusion, those are the qualifications from the employer that was listed on their job posting. I do have a graduate degree (Master of businesss administration). And yes Master agreement is a standard service contract. I help setting up, reviewing and verfying modifications and process flows in SAP. I also support the customers in terms of web access to their accounts and other technical issues

Thanks!

Well what is your job title at the company? You should have a title. Go along with that. At least you could narrow down your title targets.

You should get stuck at most in between 2 NOC codes. What are they?

Need a bit more context - who are the customers? Does the company sell services to other businesses (wholesale) or to the general public (retail)?

You can also send an email to noc@workingincanada.gc.ca with your job description and exact job title

Thanks for your reply. The customers are businesses and commercial accounts. They sell printers, business solutions (cloud service, managed document services), optical products for hospitals, schools, other companies, etc. The company is big and is a multinational company.

My Job tittle is Master Agreement Analyst. Master Agreement means standard contract in SAP. As per the job description they gave me, I am thinking of either NOC 1122, 2171 or 1253. Regarding my education, I have a master degree (MBA).

Your inputs would be greatly appreciated!

THanks

NOC 1122 makes the most sense to me. 2171 is out of the question and 1253 should work too.

I would wait for more inputs from seniors on this if I were you.

Best of luck,

Thanks so much for your input. I am also thinking of NOC 2282 as well since I do manage tickets in SAP. What are your thoughts?
Any more inputs from seniors would be appreciated!

2282 was one thought, but take a good look at 6221 -

Go for 1122 :)

I see little correspondence between the duties the OP lists and the duties of NOC 1122. In my opinion, this would be a big mistake.
