NOC Code Clarification

I am going to apply for CEC under NOC 2072. While i was checking the HRSDC website it says under Employment Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science or in mathematics
  or
  Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
  Computer programming experience is usually required.

I have completed my Master in Electrical Engineering and during both my undergrad and postgrad i have taken computer courses. I am currently working and even have my LMO. So do you think this difference in education and requirement will be a problem. I can also include my undergrad marksheet and certificates to show i have taken courses in computers

Please assist.
