NOC Code 2173 or 2174?

Hi Seniors,
My Job description are more similar to 2174 ( Software Developer) but my Work Permit had Software Engineer written on it as Designation.

I have filed my CEC application with 2173 ( Software Engineer) and also received my AOR. I am just worried if my application can be rejected for same reason?

I did include a reference letter from my Employer stating my duties and number of hours worked upon in past 2 years in Canada.

Please suggest what should I do here?

Since it's already been filed and AOR has been received, there is nothing really you can do at this point. Just wait for any new updates from CIC . Any supporting letters or emails will probably just make things more complicated.

Hi

Did you get your PR? I did the same mistake now. I had applied under 2173 but the work permit says "Software Engineer" so as per my WP it should be 2174. Will they reject due to this?
