NOC Code (2171 vs 2283)

hi

I am applying for PR under CEC class.. I work as a QA which falls under NOC 2171 as per my job responsibilities and Job Title..
I have an 3 years Open work permit which expires this August , so i applied for LMO with the help of my employer...

I got my positive LMO for 6 months which supports work permit application and also permanent residence Visa.. but the problem is when my employer has sent the job description and duties for the LMO , we got the positive LMO which says my job falls under NOC B - 2283 and Job title 'Consultant' .

Now i am confused with the NOC codes since my actual job responsibilities fall under 2171 but my LMO work permit is approved under 2283. how should i proceed with my PR application ?

Generally if your work permit specifies a NOC code, then you should apply with that NOC code.

What are your duties anyway? I would expect QA and testing jobs to go under NOC 2283 too.
