• Develop and direct recruiting activities and training programs to recruit and train new FAs
• Provide training for FAs in company policies and procedures, sales and product knowledge, skills and techniques, and code of conduct, in order to help them establish their business
• Enhance FAs’ learning interests and motivation in obtaining certificates and licences
• Conduct joint fieldwork with FAs to help them perform better and assess their professional competence
• Assist in setting FAs’ goals, and monitor their performance and growth
• Upkeep the ethics and code of conduct of FAs and promote the growth and development of the Financial Centre
• Assist the undersigned in setting annual performance goal

May work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
