NOC Category? Multiple NOCs applicable?

Hi,

I have a query on my NOC classification. I am here in status of closed work permits, in my first work permit occupation is mentioned as "INTERACT MEDIA PROG & DEVELOPER" for this according to HRSDC it falls under NOC 2174 Category and in my second (renewed) work permit it's mentioned as "INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYST" for this according to HRSDC it is NOC 2171 category.

Since both of my NOCs falls under "217 Computer and information systems professionals" category... Please clarify my queries below...

1) In CEC form "imm0008_8e" should I mention both NOCs for question #5"Your Experience in Canada"?
